Before we get started...

One of the key principles of consultancy is the impact that you can make from being external from the day to day operations.

First of all, your staff are generally unaware that you are getting external support and second you get all the knowledge and experience of somebody who has seen things a thousand times over in different settings.

Before we accept a client, we like to work with you a little first. We like to find out what you are about, what drives you and where you want to go. This is not charged for, in our experience a Small Business can't afford to pay money to sound people out.

We do it to limit our risk, as our own due diligence before we get involved with a client.

What next?

Next we consider a way forward, then agree a good starting point. Together we decide how best to start turning things around for you. Most consultancy relationships last around 4 years, but some are very short and are over as soon as the objectives are complete. There are no tie-in's, everything is done on trust and relationships get stronger over time.

Then you are on the programme..

This means we bring skills, knowledge and experience to the table, we can source resources for you and represent you and your views with suppliers, customers and other people in the supply chain.

This kind of consultancy is engaging and cuts through a lot of barriers and every step brings us closer to achieving the goal. We only engage when asked to do so.
